IP Dust and Liquid Ingress Protected Server Rack Enclosure*

The Orion IP rackmount cabinet range has been specifically designed to house IT servers and networking equipment safely in a high dust environment or where there is a risk of the cabinet being splashed by liquid.

The Orion IP cabinets are fully welded and sealed against dust and water ingress and use IP54 compliant dust filters.

This Orion IP54 server rack enclosure range offers a high level of quality and design as well as being technically equipped to meet all standard data installation requirements.

*These racks have been designed and manufactured to to meet IP54 standards but have not yet been externally or independently verified.

Castors	Shipped on twin wheel heavy duty castors (two lockable)
Grounding/Earthing	All equipment installed within the cabinet should have conventional grounding/earthing via power cables. The cabinet will also require additional grounding/earthing which we can supply as an extra accessory.

Thermal efficiency and acoustic performance is further improved by filling all gaps between equipment at the front of the cabinet with acoustically treated blanking plates as these reduce the re-circulation of warm air inside the cabinet.
