Features - Innovate Rack Cabinets
Weight Load	Weight loading of 1000Kg one of the highest rating in the UK for Data comms and Server cabinets allowing the fitting of all known servers. Also an Extra Heavy Duty version with a weight loading of 1500Kg cabinets giving it the highest rating in the UK for Server cabinets, allowing the fitting of all known blade servers and heavy equipment.
Sizes	Large range 24U, 30U, 35U, 42U, 48U heights, 600 and 800 widths, 600, 800, 1000 and 1200 depths covering all possible specification requirements.
Doors	Door alternatives, framed glass, solid steel, vented 80% airflow, vented 86% airflow on curved door and wardrobe doors, covering all possible door construction specification requirements. Door can be fitted with hinge on left or right hand side to meet specific requirement and can be changed on site if need arises. Bottom hinge pin longer than the top hinge pin allowing the doors to be easily and quickly removed and fitted due to easy alignment. Vented Airtech (80% airflow) doors and Vented Airtech (86% airflow) curved doors more than meet the airflow requirements of all known servers and allow almost unrestricted cold airflow to cool the cabinets. Framed glass door, the glass is clamped to the frame in one operation without the need of any glues or screws or clips, giving added safety as there is no stress to the glass.
Locking	Wide range of door locking systems from simple compression locks, swing handle, key override combination, electronic and intelligent with full audit locking, covering the whole range of door security requirements. Single, Two Point and Three Point locking, giving added security against forced entry into the cabinet. Electronic locking gives full audit of cabinet entry via IP – giving full knowledge of cabinet use and control at the push of a button. Side panels have pin locking from inside the cabinet providing added security as front or rear doors have to be opened before the side panels can be removed. The side panel internal locking pin has a lock out and lock home positions giving added safety when removing or replacing a side panel, so no danger of errors on location.
Tops	Tops can be solid, vented and brush strip entry, covering all possible specification requirements. Top entry will accommodate 32amp commando plugs. Large entry meets the most stringent requirements. Top cover fan trays do not impede into the required aperture giving full "U" height - can be used even with a fan tray.
Mounting	Standard and extended 19" mounting angles meets all server rail needs, including centre mounting and side exhaust types. Depth members fitted as standard allowing the easy movement of the 19" mounting angles across the depth of the cabinet.
Castors & Feet	Transport castors and levelling feet can be delivered fitted to the cabinet so that cabinets can be sited and levelled immediately on delivery. Heavy duty castors available if cabinet needs to be moved when fully fitted with equipment.
Accessories	Comprehensive range of accessories and add-ons for cabling and populating the rack, some of which you may not have seen before!
Colours	Standard colour is Light Grey RAL 7035. Other colour options available for which there may be an additional cost.
